NexaChain Buyer is a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment application designed to allow users to make payments to merchants using blockchain-based digital assets. We do not custody funds, do not control wallets, and do not access private keys or recovery phrases.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or process:
- Private keys
- Seed phrases or recovery phrases
- Wallet passwords or PINs
- Personal identity documents
- Biometric data
- Payment card or bank account information
Your wallet credentials remain entirely on your device.
3. Information We May Process
The App may process limited, non-identifiable information locally or transiently to function correctly:
3.1 Wallet Address
- Public blockchain wallet address
- Used only to initiate transactions
- Not linked by us to personal identity
3.2 Transaction Data
- Transaction hashes
- Blockchain network used
- Token type and amount
This data exists on the public blockchain. We do not operate a private ledger of your payments.
3.3 Device & App Diagnostics
- App version
- Basic diagnostic logs (crash reports, performance data)
Used solely to improve app stability and reliability.
4. Camera Permission
The App may request access to your device camera only to scan QR codes for merchant payments. Camera access is never used for recording, storage, or surveillance.
5. Analytics & Third-Party Services
We may use privacy-focused third-party services for crash reporting and performance monitoring. These services are not permitted to access wallet credentials, transaction signing data, or personal user identity.
6. Data Storage & Security
The App is designed to minimize data collection. Sensitive operations occur locally on your device, and blockchain transactions are executed via decentralized networks. No centralized database of buyer identities is maintained.
7. Children’s Privacy
NexaChain Buyer is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
