• Control wallets
• Reverse transactions

All transactions are final once broadcast to the blockchain.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• Wallet security
• Transaction verification
• Pricing accuracy
• Taxes, fees, and compliance

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use NexaChain Merchant for:

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraudulent activity
• Money laundering or sanctions violations

NexaChain does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All decisions are made at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaChain shall not be liable for:

• Lost funds

• Third-party service outages

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
